The first of the pretties that I tried was Nightmare Revisted, this is the polish that I teased you all with, SORRY! Nightmare Revisted is a beautiful bright pink, fuchsia linear holo that you will not be able to take your eyes off of. When polishing I noticing how smooth the formula was and how easy it was to apply, it built up to three coats easily and dried perfectly. Two coats probably would have been enough but I wanted to take it to a deeper fuchsia and see how it looked, I'm glad I did. If you look at the last picture you will be able to see Nightmare Revisted in two coats and the rest of the pictures are three coats.
After being in awe of this beauty I couldn't wait to move on and the next night I polished with This is Halloween. I really cannot believe how great these formulas are and even got up out of my chair to show my hubby who could usually care less but he stopped and said WOW himself. This is Halloween is described as a "gorgeous deep purple base with copper colored duochrome. It's loaded with purple and orange smaller glitters". I didn't need to put this polish over anything and applied three coats without any troubles.
I had a hard time choosing which polish to use next and my daughter chose Zero, which she calls "Halloween nails" and it really is a pretty accurate description. Zero is a white based polish packed with glitters of all shapes and sizes, no fishing for glitter with this one. There are white bars, small orange and red hex's, red and white squares, medium sized black hex's, red hearts and black stars. It really bothers me when I buy a glitter polish and have to scoop and fish for glitters, or worry about placement but this was hassle free.
Lastly, I bring to you Pumpkin King. This is the perfect Halloween topper with all of its amazing orange, silver and black glitter. It has micro orange glitter, medium orange and silver hex, black diamonds and black bars. Another dream to apply, I used two coats and there wasn't any issues with curling, fishing or glitter placement, it went on completely smooth and just a regular quick-dry top coat sealed the deal.
These beauties were a dream to work with and I highly recommend picking up this line, not just for Halloween. They will be released this Friday, October 11, and you can visit the Lyn B Designs shop or you can become a fan on her Facebook page for more information on other promotions, sales and upcoming releases.
I have one more reveal tomorrow from Lyn B Designs and you're not going to want to miss this! It will only be available for a limited time and I will give you a sneak peak tomorrow night.
